Lake Wylie Blinds - Terms and Conditions

1. You understand that at Lake Wylie Blinds Inc., every blind, shutter, shade, drapery and other window coverings are custom made for you, the purchaser.

2. By submitting this form, you agree to immediately pay a 50% down payment of the amount shown on your estimate.  You confirm that the information you provided is correct. You understand that this is a legal contract between you (the purchaser) and Lake Wylie Blinds, Inc. (the seller)

3. Cancellations: Merchandise ordered cannot be canceled once you submit this form, the merchandise is yours and no returns or exchanges will be allowed outside the parameters set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty.

4. Colors: All colors chosen are subject to dye lot variation.

5. Suitability: Buyer has made all decisions concerning the selection, color and style of merchandise purchased.

6. Delivery: Seller has given Buyer Seller’s best estimate of the delivery time for this order. Factory production schedule may change without notice. Delivery time is an estimate and the merchandise may not be available on the date estimated.

7. Inspection: Buyer must inspect the merchandise upon delivery. Buyer must make any claims or damage at this time.

8. Delivery and Payment Part 1: Buyer will make final payment (if any) upon receipt and/or installation. Failure to do so will result in a 10% late fee.

9. Delivery & Payment part 2: Buyer agrees to pay full balance due within 2 weeks after Lake Wylie Blinds, Inc has made their first attempt to schedule an installation date unless otherwise stated (regardless of whether the product has been installed or not). If the buyer does not accept the product or have not scheduled an installation appointment within 2 weeks of Lake Wylie Blinds, Inc. first attempt to schedule one, buyer agrees to pay $1.00 per day per item storage fees plus $100.00 for labor and time to move your merchandise to and from storage.

10. Acceptance: The order is taken by a salesperson and is subject to acceptance by the Manufacturer.

11. Security Interest: Buyer grants Seller a security interest in the merchandise to secure Buyer’s obligation to pay agreed purchase price. Seller will have all the rights of a secure part under the Uniform Commercial Code.

12. Fees and Expenses: Buyer will pay all of Seller’s fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees that Seller incurs in enforcing its rights plus $100.00 for time and travel.

13. Return Check Fee: If a check is returned, Buyer will pay Seller the amount charged to Seller by its bank, but not less than $10.00.

14. Limited Warranty: Each manufacturer issues its own warranty per product. Lake Wylie Blinds Inc. offers no additional warranty on the products.
